After three wonderful weeks of enjoying my Mitsubishi Hybrid Outlander I must thank you for making what seemed impossible change into a reality.
Many car dealers had told me that I would not be able to find the vehicle I wanted within my budget.
You showed me that not only was it possible but indeed I had a large range of Outlander PHEV’s to choose from. It was an astonishing change from thinking it was not going to happen to the realisation that I could choose, colour, odometer reading and condition.
An even bigger stumbling block was the trust factor associated with used car sales, most especially in light of me fronting a substantial proportion of my savings for the auctions so far away. You made a number of promises and delivered on all of them even though your profit margin cannot have been too large.

We first touched base with import4less some months ago via Trade Me regarding purchasing a digger. Because I wanted a specific size, number of hours etc They were very helpful and told me he could source a digger from Japan direct to me with all the requirements I wanted.
They kept me very well informed when the auction was going ahead over in Japan, and was very helpful in getting all the details to me once the auction was completed.
Paying the $$ was a smooth process and he arranged the transportation of the digger from Japan to the port in Christchurch NZ.
I am certainly very pleased with the digger that arrived (condition, body work etc) and most certainly have already recommended your company to others who may be looking to import a similar product.

Always had a desire to own a late model Jaguar XF to accompany our MK2, there’s not a big selection in NZ so called on the import4less Team who explained exactly how the import system works and the cost is made up from the Japanese auction to our door.
They located a car to our specification and at a very reasonable price, due to wise buying and good exchange rates. After taking possession we noticed a small crack in the windscreen which they replaced at no cost to us and with no fuss.
By chance we meet the import4less Japanese agent who was in Nelson, a down to earth genuine guy, and an important part of the team. We are very satisfied with the deal, consider them as friends and would happily repeat the process.

Thank you Import4Less for sourcing me my nice new 4 wheel drive. At first I was a little nervous handing over my money when I hadn’t seen the car, driven one and it being half way across the world.
However the transparency and professionalism of the business diminished any worries or doubts that I was experiencing.
The process was actually fun, Gregg has a wide range of knowledge when it comes to cars and he spent time helping me choose my new one.
Once we had decided on a car it was then exciting to receive the emails from Gregg showing me cars which could be possibilities.
Gregg had all of the possible ones checked over in Japan and eventually he found one to a very high standard and with low mileage, we then filled in all of the appropriate paper work including insurances and then my car was on its way. When it arrived Gregg had it serviced, checked warranted, registered and cleaned. He also put a tow bar on it as this is what I had requested.
I cannot express how easy the process was, even the six week wait went fast and I could watch the boat on an internet link as it travelled across the water and then docked.
I highly recommend the import4less team and I would definitely use their service again.

I read about Import 4 Less and their import lounge so went over to look at purchasing a motorhome but instead looked at Toyota Opa which we have had before.
We spoke with them and showed us some photos which They were not impressed with so said give me your phone number and email address and we will find one and send pictures to you to look at.
Three days later we received photos of a very nice Opa which we agreed to purchase.
We found them to be very honest and friendly in dealing with us. We would not hesitate to deal with import4less again in purchasing a vehicle.
